PARKING INSTRUCTIONS

230 is the ocean-facing building, located directly behind the street, facing building numbered 24

Go down the driveway to the left side of 24

Unit N is at the very right side corner of the building, parking is here.

Entry to main door with keypad is here, down these stairs.There is NO signage that says "N" until you actually go down the stairs.

Down this walkway on the right, you will find the front door.

TRASH INSTRUCTIONS

The trash is hidden at the bottom of the stairs under a lid. Please follow the pictures to clarify.

POOL INSTRUCTIONS

You will find a key in the unit marked "Pool Key." If you can not find the key, please notify Surf City ASAP

On the uphill side of the property you will find the last stairway down. Look for the Letter B, walk down the stairs and you will find the gate that leads to the pool.
